Frequently Asked Questions at Bouncin' Kidz

How Safe is it to rent a moonwalk?
It is very safe!  Our units are made with fire retardant materials.  They have safety exits and an entrance ramp.  All four sides of the unit have mesh netting for easy viewing and ventilation.  We will review all safety rules and guidelines upon our arrival.  All units are cleaned and inspected by our staff before each rental, guaranteed!  Our staff will inspect the area where the unit is to be set-up, to insure safety for everyone.

Do you charge for set-up and/or delivery?
Delivery and set-up is no extra charge within designated "free delivery" areas.  Outside these areas, all deliveries are subject to a delivery fee.

Do you require a deposit?
Yes.  To secure your event with us, a deposit is required.  Bouncin Kidz, L.L.C., reserves the right to cancel an event that we feel is not safe or has the potential to cause damage to our equipment.  In the event that this occurs, the deposit is non-refundable.

What is your policy if it rains?
The moonwalk can not be used if the winds are 25 mph or more, and can not be used in the rain.  This is not safe for your children.  If the weather looks like it will be unsafe prior to delivering, we will cancel the rental. If the weather turns to rain after we set-up, we would ask that the children exit the unit, and you unplug it until we arrive or the rain stops.  NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN ONCE THE UNIT IS DELIVERED AND SET-UP.

Do I need to clean the moonwalk when the party is over?
No.  The unit will be inspected by our staff at time of pick-up.  Absolutely no "silly string", gum, candy, food or other sticky substances are allowed in the unit.  All reasonable cleaning will be done by us.

How much space do I need?
Depends on which unit you are renting, please ask us for more information.

The area should be free of debris, rocks, and trees.  If you have an in ground sprinkler system, please make sure the timer is not set to go on.  We can set up on grass, pavement, or indoors.

Is Bouncin Kidz. L.L.C. insured?
Yes.  A copy of our policy is available upon request.

Do you provide an attendant?
For an extra fee, we can provide someone to monitor the children in the moonwalk.  Please contact us for more information regarding this service.
