FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How many guests can I invite?
For our Bounce parties, you can invite up to 25 kids, + one birthday child.
For the Bear Parties 10 children are included in the packages. Additional kids are
welcome for an additional cost. Parents and crawlers are Free and are welcome to
enjoy the fun! You may have a maximum of 55 people (kids and adults)
at your party. Any child
18 & under who participates in the party, is included
in the 25 child count.
Will there be someone to serve the guests?
Yes, that is what we do! You can sit back and relax, our party attendants
will do everything from serving the food, helping with the cake to helping with
the presents, it’s that easy!
Can we bring in decorations for the party room?
No, we have gone to great expense to have the rooms professionally decorated
and do not allow anything to be attached to the walls. You may bring in anything
you want to decorate the tables.
Can I bring in my own food?
NO.
The only food you are allowed to bring in is Cake/Cupcakes. We do have refrigerators
for your use if needed. Please let us know ahead of time so we can make sure we
have space available.
Can I bring in a Piñata?
No.
Can I have a character come to my child’s party?
Yes, however, you must let us know who they are, what company they work for, and provide a phone number for us to contact them. Keep in mind that when we allow this, this may take away from what we are trying to accomplish with your party and we may not have time to complete everything.
When should we arrive for the party?
Everyone should arrive at least 15 minutes prior to party time so that we may
collect signed waivers and go over rules with the guests. Please do not arrive
any earlier as you will just have to wait in the lobby.
Can adults play on the inflatables?
YES!! Adults are welcome to play with
their children on the inflatables. Parents must wear socks and must remove any
sharp objects.
Will there be an attendant in the Play arena to supervise the children?
YES! There will be attendants monitoring the children at all times. They are
there to encourage safe play amongst the children and monitor the safety of the
equipment.
Can I have more than 1 birthday child?
Yes! However, in order to provide good service, we must charge an additional fee for extra birthday celebrations.
What if I need more invitations?
We provide you with up to 25 invitations, if you need more, we can provide them, but there will be an additional fee.
How do I book a party?
You can make your reservation request via our website or you can call our facility and
one of our staff members can assist you in your party planning. We require a $50
non-refundable deposit at the time of reservation. The balance is due at
the time of your party. We accept cash, Visa or MasterCard only. No checks are
excepted.
How far in advance do I need to reserve my party date?
It is advised to book at least 4-6 weeks in advance. However, we will make
every effort to accommodate last minute reservations.
What is your cancellation policy?
A $50 deposit is required and is non-refundable. However, if you must cancel
your party, the following rules apply: 1. You must cancel 10 days or more prior
to your party in order to only pay your deposit. Your deposit is good 30
days from your cancellation date to reschedule or it will be lost. 2. If
you cancel less than 10 days from your scheduled party date you will be charged
the full party amount.
What else do I need to bring in besides my cake?
Please bring in candles and matches. We will supply plates, cups, napkins and
utensils.
Can we bring in alcohol for the adults?
ABSOLUTELY, NO alcohol is permitted in our children’s facility. If we see alcohol, you
will be asked to leave the building, no refunds.
How many drinks are the children allowed to have?
Drinks are unlimited during your time in the Party Room if you have
purchased pizza combos.
Are we allowed to tip the Party attendants?
YES!! If you feel your party attendant did a great job, than tipping is
encouraged. Our Party Attendant’s promise to work hard for you and make your
child’s special day memorable for them and for you!
Does each party guest need a separate waiver, even if they are from the
same family?
No. All family members can be on the same waiver. We have extras at our front
desk if someone forgets to bring it in.
What if less / more kids show up on the day of the party after I have
placed my pizza, balloons or goody bag order?
For pizza, once you give us your final head count the day before your party,
the pizza order has already been placed and cannot be changed. For goodie bags,
balloons, etc. you will only be charged for the actual amount used and those
items can be added at any time.
How many parties will be going on at the time of my party?
Our party packages include PRIVATE use of our facility. There may be
other parties in other rooms, but your party will never co-mingle with any other
party in our facility. You
have exclusive use of each Bounce arena and party room that you are in.
